Couper les concombres en tranches puis en d\u00e9s (conserver \u00e9ventuellement une partie des concombres pour la d\u00e9coration),<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Effeuiller la menthe, et la rincer. En conserver \u00e9ventuellement une partie pour la d\u00e9coration. D\u00e9couper grossi\u00e8rement les feuilles.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; R\u00e9unir dans un r\u00e9cipient haut (ou blender) les concombres, l&rsquo;eau, le sel et la menthe.
