Laisser fondre les feuilles.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9parer un appareil \u00e0 quiche en m\u00e9langeant les \u0153ufs avec la cr\u00e8me. Assaisonner.<br \/>\nRepartir les bettes sur le fond de tarte, verser l appareil \u00e0 quiche et du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 (ou mozzarella\u00a0 ou pourquoi pas de la feta).
